I’m a software developer, developing software professionally for around 40 years or so. I have a passion for all things electrical and electronic having tinkered with such things since building my first crystal radio set with a germanium diode in the early 70s. Electronics was my first career choice but software took over after first laying my hands on a Sinclair ZX81 and realising how powerful software can be. Combining them both is always fun !

This site is created for my own enjoyment, if it brings enjoyment and interest to others then that’s great. Many of the projects featured aren’t finished and may never be – even when something is being used daily it can ALWAYS be improved… so is any project really finished ???
